This is actual footage from a First Amendment audit at a U.S. Post Office. The auditor is recording from a public area, exercising his First Amendment rights. As often happens during these encounters, the presence of a camera—and the auditor's sunglasses and face covering—gets under someone's skin.


One man decides to confront the auditor, gets right up in his face with a camera of his own, starts throwing around the F-Bomb, and attempts to provoke him. But then things take a turn. 😳


The confrontation gets physical when the auditor pushes the man back after he gets extremely close. What started as someone trying to intimidate and provoke the auditor quickly becomes a lesson in one simple rule: Don't escalate a situation if you don't know how it's going to end.
