The Welcome to This World / The Freedom Team is back with another First Amendment audit—this time in Birmingham, Michigan.


They're recording from a public space when the reactions start coming. Some people wave. 👋Some simply ignore the cameras. And then there are the people who apparently decide: “I'M GOING TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THAT CAMERA!” 😂


What looks like the manager went out on the sidewalk, and grabbed the auditors camera, and that was a no no!


Before long, you've got people confronting the auditors, trying to block the camera's view, banging on the glass, and generally making a bigger spectacle than the people doing the recording. And then comes the unforgettable moment… They do CAM Backs, and shut the blinds.


“Well, if you're going to record me… LET ME GIVE YOU SOMETHING TO RECORD!” 😂


⁣That's the fascinating thing about these audits: the auditors are exercising their 1st Amendment Constitutional right to record from a public location, while the reactions from the people being filmed can sometimes become the most entertaining part of the entire encounter.


Some people wave.


Some people walk away.


And some people turn a simple camera into a full-blown production. 😂
